He is currently the Sports Science Co-ordinator for Golf Australia where he oversees a network of state service providers and the delivery of performance programs within the High Performance unit.

Darren Weatherall’s expertise, easy to apply methods and friendly approach to coaching have seen him become one of Australia’s most in demand coaches. Murray has an extensive golfing pedigree, having benefitted from some of the world’s prominent coaches such as Mac O’Grady, Dave Pelz, Denis Pugh, Charles Earp, Alex Mercer, Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott. Jim brings 40 years of PGA Professional experience to Victoria Park. He was the Gailes Golf Club’s Head Professional and QLD State Teams Coach for 10 years and has been the Head Golf Coach at the Queensland Academy of Sport at Brookwater Golf Club. On top of these great achievements, he is part of the PGA Mentor Program for trainees and instructs for the PGA/CGA education program.

Eisele was named both the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Jack Jensen Coach of the Year and the Virginia Sports Information Directors College Division Coach of the Year. It’s the second consecutive year that he has garnered the two accolades. He led the program to Top 10 National Rankings in both the Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll and the Golfstat Division III Top 25 . H-SC posted one tournament win among six Top 10 team finishes in six tournaments, averaging 289.44 per round to rank fourth in DIII and third in the region. "Royal North Turramurra" as it is affectionately known to locals is a great course where many beginners and school students learn the game. In his earlier career, he was involved with footy and basketball clubs as team Physiotherapist for West Sydney Razorbacks NBL basketball team and Parramatta Eels and Cronulla Sharks NRL clubs.
In his first year coaching the golf team at H-SC during , Eisele led the Tigers to Top 15 National Rankings in both the Division III Bushnell Golfweek Coaches Poll and the Golfstat Division III Top 25 . Eisele was named both the ODAC Jack Jensen Coach of the Year and the VaSID College Division Coach of the Year.
